			=============

1. Top Menu

V-Access has 3 levels of access control: View, Write and Full.

View
Allows you to see the content of the 3 databases:
Vendor Connect Logs, Registered Vendors and Local Systems and
the local staff providing access with the one-time passcode token
through callback. View access is for Sponsors and local system
owners as well as local IT Security to review and audit vendor
connects. Vendor connects are also tracked on the network
access control points (firewalls, IDS, VPN) and on the local
systems syslog. The V-Access database is unique in providing
info on who logged in, for what reason and who authorized it.

Write
Allows to write logs to the vendor connect logs, including
updating the logout time. This is for the registered local staff
who authorizes remote access via the one-time passcode token using
call-back.

Full
Allows to manage (add/remove) local staff authorized to provide
passcodes to vendors. It allows to manage the list of vendors
authorized for login and the local networked systems they can
access. It also allows to edit all database fields for corrections
andto backup, restore, create and drop the databases. Needless
to say, this access is for the IT guys who run the whole process,
approve access and monitor compliance. (usually IT Security).
